Localization Project Manager (m/f/d)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team of gaming localization experts in the heart of Berlin. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the localization of video game titles from our prestigious clients while collaborating with all relevant in-house teams (translation, engineering, LQA, audio) to ensure the highest standard of localization quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing localization projects from beginning to end
  • Being the main point of contact for our clients and partners
  • Ensuring the highest standard of localization quality for our clients within schedule and budget constraints

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a candidate with significant experience in Marketing to join our dynamic team of gaming localization experts in the heart of Berlin. You will be the head of the Marketing department, building our brand and managing all international activities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Development of the different aspects of the marketing strategy
  • Conception and development of print and online advertising campaigns

We are currently seeking a full-time Linguistic Project Manager to fill an internal position in our office in Seoul, South Korea. The candidate will be in charge of managing and coordinating the localization of video game titles from our clients and partners. The role requires constant liaising with a variety of high-profile managers, developers and vendors in order to guarantee the delivery of projects within a specified deadline and budget.

The Project Manager will work on a wide range of projects for all platforms, including titles from very prestigious clients along with an in-house team of Translators and Coordinators and a Freelance Translator network.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing & coordinating multilingual localization projects from beginning to end
  • Connecting with game developers, publishers, freelancers for the Asian market
  • Translating and proofreading video game-related content into your native language

Studio Director Montreal - Video Game Localization QA (m/f/d)
Job Description:
Altagram is looking for a Studio Director for our office in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The candidate will be the head of our in-house team in Montreal, and be in charge of managing the company autonomously.
We are looking for an experienced candidate who will lead the day-to-day operational business of the company. The Studio Director will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships for all LQA services as well as all business affairs for the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making strategies and provide vision for the studio’s success.
You will be in close contact with the Altagram’s headquarters in Berlin, Germany, and collaborate with our South Korean office, and report to the group CEO.

Responsibilities:
  • Managing and coordinating daily business to ensure the best LQA strategy for video game projects;
  • Managing, leading, motivating, coaching and training the Altagram Montreal team;
  • Monitoring quality, devising and implementing strategies to ensure delivered quality;
  • Account monitoring for client and vendor invoices;
  • Budgeting: effectively manage the budget – keeping expenses on track, including expenditures to maintain the studio and keep employees happy;
  • Manage bills and expenses for licenses, business maintenance, studio maintenance and any other necessary paperwork to keep things running;
  • Work with our finance team and accountant on revenue shares and monthly management of accounts and bookkeeping;
  • Business development: Preparing and attending industry events, connecting with prospective clients while representing the company with the BD Manager;
  • Interact with the HR department to create and maintain studio policies;
  • Supervise payroll process with HR department;
  • Keep studio stocked with our daily-use materials and snacks/ coffee;

Localization Tester (m/f/d) – Video Games
Job Description:
We are currently looking for Localization Testers in Montreal. You will be responsible for proofreading and testing in-game and video game-related content. A background in game testing is advantageous. We are looking for candidates who love video games and who are familiar with PC and mobile devices as well as related terminology.

Responsibilities:
  • Verifying linguistic, cultural and contextual accuracy of localized in-game text, audio and subtitles
  • Verifying cosmetic integrity and implementation of in-game text
  • Ensuring that game guidelines and glossaries are correctly referenced throughout the game
  • Ensuring that compliance with terminology and publisher guidelines are respected at all time
  • Identifying and documenting defects in a clear and concise manner using the designated bug tracking database
