We are a team of dedicated perfectionists who are … you guessed it … gamers! We are passionate not only about games, but about delivering a job well done—every time. As a company, our priorities are efficiency, fairness, transparency, and doing great work that our clients love. But we know that having the right employees—and treating them well—is the only way to make that happen. That’s why we also make caring, cooperation, and compassion a huge part of our company culture.

Everyone who works here is a passionate gamer, and we wouldn’t want it any other way. That gives us a special insider perspective on all of our projects—and that perspective is what keeps our clients coming back for more.

What makes working at Altagram special?

We’re diverse
We’ve mentioned already that we have a diverse, international team—and that starts with the recruitment process. Our recruitment team is open-minded, friendly, and comes from a wide variety of backgrounds. That helps us find common ground with almost anyone; we appreciate the new perspectives that candidates from different cultures bring to the team. As of mid-2020, we have team members from 18 different countries working in the Berlin office, and more than half of our employees (and half of the management team!) are women. We also have a mix of age groups working here—on average, our team is 34 year old!

We learn and grow together
At Altagram, we’re growing, changing and evolving just as fast as the game industry—and we want our employees to join us for the ride. That means that you have the potential to grow and advance professionally, no matter what your job title is when you start here. We combine the flexibility and adaptability of a startup environment with the stability of an established company. After over 7 years in business, we’ve found the processes that work for us—but we aren’t afraid to consider alternatives. It’s the best of both worlds. Altagram offers plenty of chances for professional development. As an employee, you’ll have access to our online training platform and networking events. You can also learn real-world skills in memoQ, Excel, and languages at our “Altagram School,” and even apply for an employee exchange to Korea or Canada.

We have snacks (and games)
We also offer lots of perks that make your workday more enjoyable. There are board games that you can borrow when it’s time for a break, and in the kitchen, you’ll find a fridge full of Club Mate (a Berliner essential!) and other beverages. There’s also a fruit and müsli bar for when you need a quick snack, and a coffee machine for cappuccinos and lattes. Khajiit has wares, if you have coin… and even if you don’t!

We make team building a priority
Since work is a huge part of your life, we think it’s important to get to know your colleagues outside of office hours. That’s why we offer regular team-building events like after-work drinks, movie nights, and two bigger offsite events each year. You’re also invited to join your teammates for breakfast every Monday—a sure-fire cure for your case of the Mondays!

We’re flexible
Even though work is a big part of life, we know it isn’t the only thing going on in your world. And we don’t want it to be. That’s why we offer overtime tracking and flexible working hours, as well as the chance to work from home or even remotely when you need to. We hope you’ll stick around for a long time, so we want to help you make your work fit in with the rest of your life. Last but not least, we offer an employee pension plan to help you save for the future.
